怪獸字字型變回中文字

我想問email中d 字型讀到怪獸字,
試過係"檢視"-->"編碼", 都唔得..
copy 去word ,選"繁簡"體都唔得,
請問大家有咩方法可以令怪獸字變番中文字?

唔好去word, copy去notepad, save作txt file.
save時如問你Y/N答yes

再用internet explorer or other打開txt file
再檢視"-->"編碼
