I don't really know but if you're going to ask me, I think money changers here in the philippines do exchange ringgit for philippine peso.

My friends from the Philippines had to change there money into American dollars and then into Taiwan dollars. You may also have to do this. It can be done at any back or airport. Many places only transfer the main type of monies from around the world, USD, Euro, etc.
