樓宇供款問題 ,宿短年期好还是每月供少D好?

依家供緊樓(还有5年供)有筆錢放落去,應該宿短年期好还是每月供少D好?

銀行有可能同你定咗固定年期或固定還款,無論如何你有錢梗係還債先,因為還既係本金,你還咗先再同你計息,你慳好多利息。

IT depends on whether this log of money is extrat or not
you need consider clear, is it really extract, if u give it all
some thing sudden happen
do u have enough $$ to use
if u have , i think you give is better
bcos the mortragage interest will increase a little in the coming
if you still have 15 years to pay
i will not suggest u give it
bcos i m a very fexible people
if the house /flat earn $$ for example, a flat $12 M, if i can earn
$80000-$100000, i will sell it at once and choice another worth property
to buy again in the time the flat is cheaper,
i think it is about next year after mid year
so 5 year left, you can paid it all
if 20 years left, of course paid slowly
although the interest in the
first few year is very high,
but if you can earn back throught u sell it
it is worth
it is my own theory : you need careful to court the tax and the
lawer fee when u purchase any of it to prevent loss
SO , to your case i suggest pay it all first
