Dear Editor,

I am writing to express my view points on the issue of whether Chinese classes should be taught in Putonghua in Hong Kong. Recently, this issue has stirred up debates. It is then of paramount importance to consider this issue thoughtfully. In my view, I strongly suggest that Chinese classes should be in no time taught in Putonghua in Hong Kong.
Firstly, there is no doubt that Putonghua is becoming more and more crucial all over the world. As Putonghua is used by the largest population in the world, people need to have good speaking skills in Putonghua in order to communicate with Chinese people. In coming decades, China will be one of the countries with the largest influence in the world. Therefore, it is predictable that you will meet a myriad of Chinese people while you work.
It is even more important that proficiency in Putonghua will be the essential job requirement in the future. As I have mentioned before, Putonghua is becoming an international language. Hence, many companies are keen on hiring people with good Putonghua skills. In fact, you should be aware of the fact that only with good Putonghua skills will you be able to occupy a high position in multifarious job sectors. It is indispensable that Hong Kong people must promptly learn Putonghua.
Therefore, Chinese language should be taught in Putonghua now. Many experts said that learning a language is much easier when you are younger. It then makes sense that our government should adopt the policy to make teaching Chinese lessons in Putonghua compulsory. Our current education system should be better-rounded and prepare students well for upcoming challenges. There are still a multitude of people who argue that English is the most important language only. This fallacy should be rectified.

I have corrected your passage. It is the mistake I found.

There is a mistake in parragraph one, the last sentence.
In my view, I strongly suggest that Chinese classes should pay more times on teaching Putonghua in Hong Kong.(corrected)

There is a mistake in paragraph two, the last sentence too. When you use while, one of the action must be using continuous tense.
Therefore, it is predictable that you will meet a myriad of Chinese people while you are working.(corrected)

There is a mistake in paragraph three , the last second tense . Just a little problems.
In fact, you should be aware of the factors that only the people with good Putonghua skills you will be able to occupy a high position in multifarious job sectors.(corrected)

There is a mistake in parargraph four the last thirh sentense.
Our current education system should be better-rounded and let the students prepare well for upcoming challenges.(corrected)

I am sorry that I make a mistake on the first one and the second one, factors should be fact.

But I think "only the people with" can express what you want to say more clearly.

The yahoo is just give example to you
It is not the accurate using of this word.

And............
One of the reason is that you won't meet a myriad of Chinese people at a moment. You are talking a period of time.

(Therefore, it is predictable that you will meet a myriad of Chinese people while you work.)

you can check up a real dictionary or read some books to know more about the difference between when and while.

Yahoo dictioneary doesn't explain clearly.
when (you can use it without any continuous tense)
