My favourite hobby !
Recreational activities are very important to us. There are a wide range of activities which we can choose to suit different purposes. For training our health there are activities such as fitness training, karate, hiking, judo, badminton, table tennis, tennis, water sports and basketball, etc. To train up our mind there are chess, card games, puzzles, intelligent competition and chess board games, etc.
We can choose different kinds of activities to train up our body based on our own interest. As for myself I like to play basketball and soccer. Both of them provide me good training for a stronger body. I am also interested in sports which I can share with other people such as hiking and similar sports since all of them can let me know more friends and enhance my social communication skills.
If you just want to relax your body and train up your mind, then games such as chess, cards, puzzles, intelligent competition and chess board games can be good choices.
However we have to be alert on not to get indulged in our favourite hobby. Some hobbies such as electronic games, reading and surfing on the internet can easily lead us to get indulged and these hobbies will then turn to be harmful and even affect our health.
We should use different ways to take up various hobbies which is good for our health. Only in this way we can develop our body and mind healthily. This is beneficial to us and we shall also enjoy this kind of life.
