我想去xanga寫blog，請問有什麼手續?

For xanga, u jus need to finish the register, then u can write ur blog. u can also design ur page, eg background, colour....etc.

for facebook it is quite different, u can talk to friends wall to wall, that is u write them a msg and they can reply. U can also send videos, pics,and gifts, there are many different types of gifts....
