now the computer cannot type the chinese
i hv miss the language bar on the right corner
even i right click and does not have language bar let me to select
show as the following pic ~

when i click to appear the lauguage bar then click ok, in the right corner still not appear

To recover the language bar 1st.Control Panel-->Regional and Language Options--> Languages-->Details-->Advance, Make sure the System Configuration box is un-checked! May need reboot PC.
Then back to desktop right click the lowerest bar --> Toolbars-->Language bar
