投訴內容:
係2008年9月28日。
購買(香港區)貴公司蛋糕，但被收收銀員白眼(黑面)。
蛋糕放入購物袋時，更被掉入，而不是放入。
我完全感覺不受尊重。
當時店內不忙，只有我在購買。
