try drinking warm tea, then take a hot bath or shower...then make sure that there isn't anything on like lights or tv's or radio' anything that will distract your concentration. If you have animals like cats or dogs you might want to try to kick them out of your room or the house cus you might have allergies that are affecting your sleeping habits. If that doesn't work then you should see a doctor about insomnia!
