我的公司係做物流GE,有一件貸由美國寄過黎,但係個consignee 個名有小小唔同,當寄過黎果間係ABC CO,但係香港果間係THE ABC CO,我要出一個Email 俾美國,話俾佢地知冇ABC CO,只有THE ABC CO ,請佢地叫個SHIPPER 改番個consignee name ~~
請幫幫忙用英文打出黎~~上下款果d唔洗嫁啦~~

你好。
「 We found that name of Consignee is different to the parcel label shown. There is only a "THE ABC CO" in Hong Kong, after brief checking. Kindly inform Shipper changed & correct the name as mentioned as soon as possible. It is easy for us to follow the case efficiently. Thank you. 」

email 貴精簡, 兼且你應該是公司內部溝通, 既然是自己人, 更應長話短說, 因為應該早有默契, 寫錯客名或地址應常有發生. mawb 和 flight 都不用寫出, 因為已經通通被 hawb 管住.

We have been infromed that your parcel has been already arrived in Hong Kong. But, we found that there was some difference in the name of the consignee. The name of the consignee in Hong Kong should be The ABC Co. instead of ABC Co. We would be glad if you would ament it as soon as possible.
