We must eat in a fixed schedule, the food must be in a large portion of bread, potato, rice and spagethi, more fresh fruits and green vegatable, less animal oil, vegtable oil, we have to select low fat milk, fish, meat,etc.... We can have some junk food but it cannot be too much, suchas cholocatle, cake, biscuits, instant pudding, potato stripas they are all high fat and high sugar food, last but not the least, we should have more proper execrise.
