減肥停頓期

我已經減左肥兩個月,每星期跑步六日,每次45mins........結果一路都keep住每星期輕1-2磅,total到目前為止已經輕左10-15磅左右.
但係減到依家第2個月,發覺好似停左無再輕咁,朋友話係正常,這個係停頓期.

朋友建議我要改變減肥策略......
本來一星期跑步六次,每日一次,每次45mins.
改為一星期跑步三次,隔日跑,每次45mins + 一星期做負重(健身)運動三次,隔日做,每次做三至四組.

即係減少一半帶氧運動量,改為一日做負重運動,一日做帶氧運動.

咁其實得唔得?

點解會有停頓期?點先可以過到停頓期??停頓期通常維持幾耐???點解要有負重運動????(其實我以前都有玩健身,所以本身都算幾大隻架啦,只係耐無玩,d肉鬆晒)

This is very common, it happened to many people, so don't worry. There are two possible, the first one is your body get used to this routine, or your body fat % is low, you don't have a lot of fat to lose, so your body want to keep the remaining body fat for protection.

If your body get used to the routine, mostly we will add the intensivty or variety to your exercise program. If your body fat % is low, but still want to lower, it will more difficult. You have to google the BMR calculator, key in your info. like sex, age, height.., then you will have your basic BMR no., never eat below your daily calories intake, and on your exercise day, you should try to eat a little bit more, by doing that will send out a message to our body that you will never starve, so keep losing those body fat.

停頓期通常維持幾耐???
Good question. Actually, everyone is different, but with the above solution, hopefully just several weeks.
點解要有負重運動????
Even muscle weight more than fat, but it also burn more fat. After losing your body fat, you need to tone and firm your body, so weight training to help you shape the body you wanted.

It's depends on your goal. Your friend's suggestion will help you gain and tone your muscle. If you still want to lose more fat, then try to add the variety or intensity on your running day, you can try to swim or elliptical, they are also cardio exercise, even add more time or incline on your treadmill will do the trick. I think this will give your body a shock, then you will lose some more fat.

你係咪認真想減肥架,

我由八,九歲就開始肥,我之前試過做運動減肥同用減肥膏都唔得,試過每餐食少d吸收唔到足夠營養搞到身體差左容易病,但後來我朋友介紹我用營養代餐減肥 ,頭一個月帮我減左8磅,而家減左15磅,全身修左16吋,坐圍減左3吋,每邊大比各減3吋, 以前我睇唔到自己條腰係邊,但宜家我條腰減左2吋啦, 減到之於身體健康左,仲好神奇咁幚我改善左皮膚問題 ,以前我既臉部皮膚經常出暗瘡同出油,但是我用左產品之後就冇左呢d問題. 一d都唔辛苦仲好簡單只要控制卡路里吸收同透過細胞更新計劃 ,如果你想減完之後唔肥返就去呢個網址睇下啦.
