You have to google the BMR calculator, key in your info. like sex, age, height.., then you will have your basic BMR no., never eat below your daily calories intake, and on your exercise day, you should try to eat a little bit more, by doing that will send out a message to our body that you will never starve, so keep losing those body fat.

改為一星期跑步三次,隔日跑,每次45mins + 一星期做負重(健身)運動三次,隔日做,每次做三至四組.
即係減少一半帶氧運動量,改為一日做負重運動,一日做帶氧運動.

If you still want to lose more fat, then try to add the variety or intensity on your running day, you can try to swim or elliptical, they are also cardio exercise, even add more time or incline on your treadmill will do the trick. I think this will give your body a shock, then you will lose some more fat.
