想回覆一些客戶的英文信件

我想覆一些簡單的鐘錶行業用的商業email信件用來回覆一些外國客戶,要有以下有二封信件的約莫的內容,但不知道點寫好,請幫忙﹗

第一封信件:
一些鐘錶的貨版已經以XX速遞公司於X月X日寄出,INVOICE NO. 等 等,如果知道還有有些什麼資料而我又寫漏的話,請幫忙提點及教教我。謝謝﹗

第二封知件:
我於X月X日已經將貨品用XX空運或船運公司寄出貨品,飛機編號及空運單的編號 / 船名及提單編號, 另附一套文件INVOICE & PACKLIST。如果知道還有有些什麼資料而我又寫漏的話,請幫忙提點及教教我。謝謝﹗

Some of the samples have already been sent out on (date) by XX courier, under Invoice No. XXX .

If you have any problems or enquries, pls feel free to contact me.

Your goods have been shipped out by air/ sea on (date) under AWB No. / Feight No./ Billing No. XXXX.

Attached are the Invoice & P/L.
