if more than that ar , you have to declare ( after you declare at AUS airport, then ok ga la , they may just ask you why do you have to bring that much cash in ? )

however i think la , it is dangerous to bring too much money with you la , jus go to a bank , and buy a bank draft ( with ur name ) la ( around 100HKD )
