Chem Lab report (acid-alkali titration)

- The burette or pipette are not washed by the the solution that it should hold (e.g the burette should hold HCl, but it was washed by NaOH or water)

- The tap of the burette is not filled with the solution before titration start. So we can't measure the amont of solution used for titration in burette accurately
