1. 四名隊員須以接力形式完成賽事, 以最短時間完成之隊伍為勝;
2 運動員須以競步方式進行比賽, 如有隊員於比賽途中犯規 (如曲膝或騰空), 該將會被加罰時間, 詳情將於「運動員須知」刊出。
1. Each team should comprise of four members who will compete in a relay. The team that finishes in the shortest time will be the winning team.
2. If any team member fails to follow the Race Walking regulations, a warning will be issued by the judge and time penalty will be added to the finishing time of that team. Details will be listed in the Walker's Guide.
