有關中央銀行的兩個問題

1) Bank of the nation is a representive of government, all capitals are from goverenment supporting.

2) Change o interest rate will affect the saving rate and borrowing rate. Since the interest rate increase will increase borrowing cost. Normally, increase interest rate has been commonly used on inflation control, since it can "cool down" the economic growth.
