60歲應否退休?

Some can elect to retire at earlier ages, at 45, for disciplined foreces. One can still work beyond 60 and pay MPF until 65. He can still pay MPF after 65 if he works, but his employer need not pay. So, there isn't any 'grey area' there, as Civil Servant and alike isn't the majority of employee.
