for the restaurant- Hk style, they almost use korean castor sugar with 30kg packaging. but, some similar restaurant will provide individual sachet packed sugar.higher grade restaurant-hk style will provide brown sugar for coffee, white sugar for milk tea and hot lemon tea.
of course, in hotel's restaurant, brown sugar, cubed sugar, castor sugar, low-calories sugar, etc.
varieties of sugar can provide to client, can build up their image and opportunities to guest.
Recent yrs, you can found more types of sugar in supermarket, such as damerara sugar, turbinado sugr, palm sugar, rock sugar, etc. most sugar features are more healthy.
