Assist Operations Controller in the development of business strategies and the execution of operations plan.
•Meet the required sales, gross profit and expenses budgets for the assigned store group.
•Monitor store conditions and in-stock efficiency in accordance with company policies and procedures to maximize merchandize sales.
•Implement marketing and merchandising programs to achieve maximum sales impact.
•Partner closely with franchisees, provide them advices on business related issues to support their meeting of profits and customer satisfaction targets.
•Train, coach, develop subordinates and new joiners to achieve high quality team work.
