被人很不禮貌“給線“ 英文點寫？

To whom it may concern, (usually this is how we start a complain letter or anything similar)
I would like to draw your attention to a recent incident which involved the telepohone operator, whom is responsible for inquires. I telephoned your school earlier to inquire about the requirements and information with regards to year 1 (primary) enrolments. However, I was told rather rudely by the operator to search the desired information online and the line was cut abruptly.
This behaviour is completely unexpected and unacceptable in my personal opinion. One would assumed that the hotline opearats in a view to provide basic help and information when inquired. Therefore, I hereby would like to lodge a formal complain and would like the matter to be assessed as soon as possible.

I called this morning/afternoon in enquiring about the admission for primary one of your school, but your telephone operator was very annoyed and told me to search online and then cut my line.

I'm very unhappy and I want to make you alert.

Should you please reply my mail and telling me the relevant information a.s.a.p.?
