員工應盡快返回工作崗位,惟應考慮當時的天氣及交通情況,以及員工是否可於當日的正常工作時間結束前三小時返回工作崗位.

Staff are expected to return to work as soon as practicable if, depending on the weather conditions and the availability of public transport, they can reasonably arrive at the Company at least 3 hours before the end of the normal working day.
