大股東是會自動會入董事會?

Depends on the Memorandum & Articles of Association. Majority shareholder is never automatically Director(s) of the Company until nominated and elected, according to the terms of Memorandum & Articles of Association, and some Companies limit the shareholding of minority shareholders and some Companies even restrict the voting rights of the shareholders.
