5+3+2+2+0 = 12 .... each time u add or minus, u progress one hour in time

At 2 p.m : 5+3 = 8 C
At 3 p.m : 8+2 = 10 C
At 4 p.m : 10+0 = 10 C
At 5 p.m : 10-1 = 9 C
