1a)

We can use magnesium sulphate solution(MgSO4 (aq))to distinguish them:

Chemical equation:

Mg2+ (aq) + CO3 2- (s) → MgCO3 (s)
white precipitate

Mg2+ (aq) + 2HCO3 - (aq) → Mg(HCO3)2 (aq)
colourless solution

Since calcium carbonate will form white precipitate with adding magnesium sulphate solution, while calcium hydrogencarbonate will not change in observation after adding magnesium sulphate solution.

Add AgCl into them respectively. The one which produce white powder is CaCO3 and the one have no reaction is Ca(HCO3)2.
