Are you prepaing for the interview? If so, you can never speak the first sentence. You need to show your confidence in the interview, not the defidence.

Try to avoid of your weakness. But if you want to show your bright side of "egar to learn", you can say "I am going to take an English course to polish my English". Anyway, I don't think it's necessary.

The second sentence you may put in this way.

I hope I can grab this fantastic opportunity to utilise my skills and experience in this area. At the same time, I would love to learn more in customer service.

I understand the Chinese culture is to be humble but in terms of Western and when we speak English, we should consider what would they say instead of directly translating from Chinese.

1. Since I haven't well-prepared and lacked of confidence which made me unable to speak up and speak English fluently.
2. I hope I can gain experience by contacting more clients, in case if I meet any ac hoc case, I am able to handle it without difficulty.

I can't speak up and fluently because I haven't prepared well and no very confident of myself.
