Is there a better title for an office girl. Just someone who helps make cheque and cash deposits at the bank, photocopying and printing work.

"Girl Friday" is an American slang that contains degrading meanings. It is not very popular in Hong Kong and certainly should not be used in any official documents or as an official title to a position.
