1. 用匙舀;舀取[O][(+out/up)]
She 【spooned】 milk into the baby's mouth.
她用湯匙把牛奶舀入嬰兒口中。
spooned <--- 係咪因為把牛奶舀入嬰兒口中是過去左所以+ed????

1. 鼓勵;慫恿[O2]
She 【encouraged】 him to talk to her.
她鼓勵他與她交談。 encouraged<---係咪我同佢交談完(過去左)所以先+ed????

2. 促進,助長;激發
Don't 【encourage】 her laziness by doing things for her.

1. I think you are right because this sentense doesn't have any words or phrases to help us identify the tense so it just used +ed to explain this sentense is simple past tense.

2. Also, it is a bit similar to question 1. We don't know when did she encourage him but if is used +ed on the verb. We all know that it is simple past tense.

3. No, because there is a word don't before this word. We won't change the form of verb if there is 'don't' before it.
