以下的voltage 是不是等於e.m.f.?
如果不是,那麼該voltage的意思是?

Only the volmeter in diagram 4 has meaning. The voltmeter (which indicates the voltage measured) in the other 3 diagrams shows no reading at all.

A voltage is a 'potential difference' between two points. The voltmeter in diagram 4 gives the potential difference across the resistor where it (the voltmeter) is connected. Clearly, this voltage is NOT the same as the emf of the battery.

The voltmeter in other diagrams is actually measuring a pontential difference of a SINGLE POINT (not two points). There obviously doesn't exist any potential difference (voltage).
