關於中二的英文問題

不錯, -ing 是現在進行式, 例如:

I am going to school.
我正在上學途中。

I am eating dinner.
我正在吃晚飯。

而在 going to 後面加上動詞, 是說我將會去做一件事, 例如:

I am going to eat dinner at 6:00pm
我將會在六時吃晚飯。

He is going to take the next bus to school.
他將會乘下一班巴士上學。

其本上, going to +verb 的基本意思同 will +verb 的意思大致相同, 所以以上的例子亦可寫成:

I will eat dinner at 6:00pm.

He will take the next bus to school.

如果同中文去解釋 going to 同 will 的不同, 你可以成看為:

going to eat dinner = 會 "去" 食晚飯
going to take the next bus = 會 "去" 乘下一班巴士

will eat dinner = 將會食晚報
will take the next bus = 將會乘下一班巴士

意思一樣, 只是說法不同。在英文中, 如果我已經知道我會食晚飯, 所以由我知道開始, 到我食晚飯其間, 我其實是處於一個正在進行中的情況, 只不過還未真正的食, 只是在時間和狀態上 "去緊" 食, 所以可以用 going to。Going to 是一個比較特殊的情況, 因此它有 "正在去做" 一些事情的意思, 其他的動詞很少會有相同的意思。

而 -s/-es 則是一般動詞的第三生單數現在式, 當用 He/She/It 或人名的時間, 而又不是現在進行當中, 那就應要加 -s/-es, 例如:

He goes to school
他上學。

She eats dinner
她吃晚飯。

而 Do you 後應用動詞, 主要是問人有否做某件事, 例:

Do you understand?
你明白嗎? (understand 是動詞, 在此 "明白" 只是一個普通動詞的現在式, 所以用 Do you)

而 Are you 後應用名詞, 形容詞, 或動詞的現在進行式, 例:

Are you a student? (a student 是名詞)
你是一個學生嗎?

Is he tall? (tall 是形容詞, 而 Is he 同 Are you 的用法一樣)
他高嗎?

Are you going to school? (going to 是動詞的現在進行式)
你正在上學途中嗎?

而由之前所說 going to 的特殊意思, 可以用為:

Are you going to eat dinner at 6:00pm?
你會否會在六時吃晚飯呢? (或直譯為: 你現在是否在 "去緊" 六時吃晚飯當中呢? - 這樣看可以會比較易明白)

be going to 可用於現在進行式,也可表示以現在進行式表示最近的未

來.如:I'm going to go fishing with my father.(我正要和我爸爸去釣魚)

She is going to fly to Taiwan this weekend.(這週末我即將要去台灣)

至於-s/-es的用法都用於現在式

ex: He likes you.(他喜歡你)

She makes cookies very well.(她餅乾做的很好吃)

Karen goes swimming at ten a.m.(Karen早上十一點去游泳)

現在式表示目前的狀態及不能改變的事實

不能改變的事實就是~The sun rises from the east.(太陽從東邊升起)

再來就是Do you...及Are you...的問題

Do/Does/Did是助動詞(就是來幫助動詞的)

只要句子裡有單字是一般動詞,都要用助動詞

Do you go shopping with your friends?
Does Eric clean the classroom?
Did you play the piano last night?
(若是用了助動詞,後面所接的動詞都要變原形動詞,意思是把動詞變回
原來的型態)

不過is/am/are不是一般動詞喔,它們是Be動詞

它們只能跟固定的人相配,是口訣喔~I am, you are, he is, she is, it is,

we are, they are, 單數 is(ex: The book is on the desk.), 複數 are(The books
are on the desk.)

going to is used to explain someone's action in the future.
ing is used to explain someone's plan.

-s/es- is used to talk about the scheme and timetable.

Do you is used in present tense.
Are you is used in present contiueous tense.
