(a) new ratioalcohol : water
= 4(1-15%) : 1(1+30%)
= 3.4 : 1.3
= 34 : 13
(b) percentage change
= (3.4 + 1.3)/(4 + 1) * 100% - 1
= 94% - 1
= -6%
