Checked with Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department and they said I do not need to get a license. So I am really looking forward to buy a pair.
Please advise on:
1) Where I can buy them?
2) Do they also sell the essential things such as bed, cage and food

I have never heared that there are any shop which sell 刺蝟
