Volunteering in china? What do they have?

I was looking into volunteering in china so that I can experience different cultures and see other places. I was looking around at some sites and most of them are for English teachers. This would be alright but I never was that good at English. =) Anyways, I am wondering if there are other types of jobs that I could do? thanks for the answers.
