其它意思：同“其他”，但只用於事情。
其他
意思1：不是先提到的或早已明白的

意思2：另外的

意思3：更多的，額外的

"其他" is talking about human, people, if you want to say "other people" then you should use the first "其他"
"其它" is talking about goods or something without life, like other books = "其它的书"
