這新工, 就其本身而論, 不是晉升,但它帶來了良好的前景

the above sentence is an example using "as such",
is "as such" identical to "in itself"
are "as such" and "in itself" have the same meaning and usage?


as such = 就其本身而論
in itself = 以其本身而言
