Where is a good party venue in Hong Kong for a 12 year old girl dance party?

Looking for a not too expensive venue, preferably on Hong Kong Island but wouldn't mind if it is in Kowloon.

Try the Fringe Club in Central. They do rent out to private parties for functions N are equipped w/ sound and light party system.
