It's spoken English.
----> it is used to tell someone that you think they are boring and should find more exciting things to do.
eg. You guys should just stop moaning and get a life!

In Chinese, it can be expressed as "你咪係度搞搞震/你地咪煩啦,去搵d野做啦"
