If you have the same problem when the LCD is connecting with the new and old PCs, most likely it is the LCD problem. It is not the cable problem as the cable will affect the whole screen but not only part of the screen.

The panel of the LCD may have come to the end of its life. Check if the warranty cover the panel.

可能條芒線有問題, 用另一條正常芒線試下.
