做法1

 將蘋果、芹菜頭等去皮,各切出三至四片待用。



做法2

 將切出的芹菜頭片、蘋果片等切絲待用;番茄去皮,切細粒。 芹菜頭、蘋果絲先置於模具底部,做出第一層,然後加入番茄粒。



做法3

 把半個牛油果的果肉挖出切粒,加在番茄粒面上。



做法4

 鋪上大閘蟹肉,再將一匙黑魚子醬加在蟹肉面。



做法5

 最後加上沙律菜、小蘿蔔片、紅黃車厘茄片及自製意大利黑醋汁即可。
