昨天在店舖門外階梯摔倒, 引致"挍柴", 可否向該店舖索償?
但當時我沒有即時知會店舖職員, 只有一路過途人扶起我, 並著我坐在階梯上休息, 我當時不以為意, 所以沒有向扶我的途人要求聯絡方法以便作證.
今天腳面部位明顯踵脹, 需尋求診治方法, 不知可否向該店舖索償?

當時樓梯有冇水濕? 有冇壞? 有冇不正常而店鋪有疏忽?如果冇.........................就食自已啦!

The issue here is not if you can ask for compensation or not. It is if you are able to receive compensation.
In order to do that, you have to prove that the store act negliently, or the store intentionaly to cause your injury.
However, since you only have your own side story. It will be difficult for you to prove anthing.
