1. must, should, may, might等情態動詞(modal verb)後，是要用原形動詞(infinitive)，所以就不用加ｓ
如：Peter should buy you a lunch.（彼得應該請你吃午餐）
但never卻是副詞(adverb)，副詞並不影響動詞的數，如：
如：She never goes to the cinema.（她從來不看電影）
２．你說得對，phrasal verb，的動詞仍要跟從一般的原則，所以你的例句全對
但第一句，可以更簡略地說：
He puts on the hoody first and then the jean
３．advice解作勸告是不可數名詞，但解作消息、報告是可數名詞
suggestion若解作提議是不可數，但若指提議裏的內容就是可數
opinion解作意見；看法；主張是可數，但指著共同的意見與看法，就是不可數
idea若指構想，思想，主意是可數，但若指印象，感想就是不可數
information若解作：報告，消息，情報，資訊等是不可數，但若指詢問處就是可數
comment則可以是可數和不可數名詞
所以Do you have any...後，要看你的意思，才知道要不要加ｓ
若可數名詞就可以加ｓ，若為不可數就不要加ｓ
