假如化學物A沸騰點比B低,用A溫度計可唔可以量度倒B沸騰點o既溫度?

假如有化學物A & 液體B。
A o既沸騰點比 B 低。
假如用化學物A作溫度計,可唔可以量度倒B o既沸騰點?
其實我係用A, B o黎代替。原因,係因為...
我F.1時,上科學堂,老師用紅色o既探熱針,紅色應該係Alcohol/乙醇 o黎量度沸騰點 ------ 水。
我o黎到依家F.3,知道Alcohol溫度計入面既Alcohol,係乙醇,而乙醇o既沸騰點係78.29℃,用乙醇 o黎量度倒水 o既沸騰點,我記得量度倒98℃。但係乙醇o既沸騰點小過水wor~ 可以度到嗎?
又還是"紅色溫度計"可以係水銀/其它化學物?

The alcohol used in the thermometer is under pressure. As such, its boiling point has been raised so that it can be used to measure temperatures above its normal boiling point of 78'C.

Just look at the following web-page, in particular, pay attention to the temperarture range in the alcohol thermometer shown in the 'Picture of Thermometers', and its description under the [Description] section in D7.

A代表酒精温度計
B代表水銀温度計
A可否量度到B在於温度,酒精温度計正常使用範圉0-100度C,水銀温度計可量度100度C以上,所以要先分折樣本沸點才有答案

You are mistaken. It is murcury that was used. Mercury is used for measuring high temperatures while alcohol is used for low temperatures.
