This letter serves as a complaint in respect of the captioned matter.
I made an online purchase two months ago regarding the said product. I waited for really a long time without receiving it. Having made an enquiry via internet, your staff did reply me and asked me what color and power that I wanted. I responded to it but still no action was taken thereafter. Then, I made a further enquiry again, up to this moment for more than two months, no response was made against my case.
Can anyone from your company respond my case within 7 days from this letter? If not, I will disclose the case to the media and surely request for a refund.
