以下呢封信需要用返括號內的詞語及要加返一D字(....), 請幫忙組織封信, 非常感謝。

We have received your letter dated 24 February, 2007 complaining about rotten strawberries.

We sent our staff to look into the matter. We believe the problem was probably caused by poor storage during the transportation. We will urgently send replacement of the strawberries to you via another shipping company. The replacement shall reach you within 3 days. We assure you that this kind of problem will not happen again.

We have always tried to ensure the highest quality of our fruits. We hope you will find the replacement strawberries in satisfactory quality. If you have further difficulties please contact us urgently.

Please accept our most sincere apologies. We are really sorry for the trouble caused.

We sincerely apologize for the problem and we will strongly complain to the shipping company so that this kind of problem will never happen again.
