cv內的expected salary, 應該寫k, 還是實際數字?

Either one is ok. You can state "Negotiable" or even don't mention it.
Because company will only look at it when they think you are quite suitable for them. If you did not state it in your CV,
they will ask you in the interview<-- Notice, this is a chance to show them money is not what you concern most.
