I have restored my system to the previous day without saving anything.
Please advise will the things done mannually , such as Word, Power point ...,
also be cancelled. If so, how to get back those files.

Normally, the system restore just restore the system file and do not infect any documents such as the Word File and the Powerpoint file.Unlucky, if you found that the files cannot be found after the System Restore. You can cancel the System Restore and restore to the previous stage. Move your files to the save place, then run again the System Restore.
