My first degree is BSc. in Sociology in HK. Honestly, it is not related to business tropic. After graduated, I have been working as Merchandizer and recently am promoted to Assistant Manager in small Trading co.
I plan to study in Master degree and hope it can strengthen my management skills and to be more professional in this industry.
After the research, I am interested in the master degree of Operational Management, which be comprised of subject of general management and supply chain. However, I have not found the master of Merchandising or Purchasing in local university.
Could anyone give me the advice of which subject should I study? The one who study in Operational Management. Could I refer to this master degree?
Should I change my job first before I study the Master? I only worked in small trading company, will it affect my career path?
