會考程度既氧化還原作用...
MnO4-(aq) + 8H+ 5e-→Mn2+(aq) + 4H20(L)

係MnO4- , Mn offer 左7個電子比氧? 對嗎?
然後當發生化學反應, 電子會重新排列? 對嗎?
既然有8個H+ offer左8 個電子比氧
咁Mn 係唔係會有番7 個電子呀?
咁佢點解仲要食多5個電子..而唔係放番5個電子..變成Mn2+?

我都知我好錯><
但我錯係邊呀?

首先呢~MnO4- 的Mn係 7+, 即係O係Mn到分享7個電子
而O呢, 永遠都係2- , 即係O永遠需求2個電子

如果你讀上AL, 你會學到電子排列的, 而Mn既排列係
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d5 ( 1s 2s 2p 3s 3p 4s 3d 係指電子位置, 最後數字係電子數)

我地睇最外圍既一層 --> 4s2 3d5. 呢度有7粒電子, 而呢7粒電子就同O2- form bond. (有一個O是O1- , 因為佢搶走左K既電子)

好了, 當Reduction 開始時, O會扯走晒Mn個7粒電子, 成為O (free atom, 無電荷), 再同H+ form bond 成為H2O. 記住, H+ 係無電子的, 所以係O俾電子H+, 而唔係H+俾電子O

睇返Mn. 係Reduction 開始時, Mn係7+. 個電子排列係
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6

因為原本佢有既4s2 同 3d5 俾O搶左, 所以係好唔穩定. 佢要吸返5個電子去重組3d5. 到最後Mn7+ +5e- -->Mn2+了

Forgive me for answering in English.

The equation should be MnO4-(aq) + 8H+ + 5e-→ Mn2+(aq) + 4H20(l). Look very closely to the changes that done to the equation. The MnO4- in the left hand side is from the solution. It could be NaMnO4 or KMnO4 before dissolving. It is an oxidizer as you said. In this case, it is an acidified oxidizer. Without the H+(could be came from any acids), the reaction will not take place. With the help of the acid, the solution oxidizes other substances(hence having the electrons for the reaction). I hope this helps.
