半年內減去10%的脂肪

本人身高 168

不想節食和食藥..連想找減肥顧問也不想..

只是希望可以靠食一些天然食物來減肥..

做運動是會的..

1.但跑步..自行車..游水..之外還有什麼可以做??

2.介紹一些有什麼天然食物可以幫助減去脂肪~

You didn't give the information about your body fat % now, it is different for someone who actually has 10% to lose or just think they have 10% to lose.

Runng, swimming, spinning, elliptical, step aerobic and riding a bike are very common cardio exercise, they can help you to burn body fat, try to exercise 3 times a week, each time at least 30 mins. non-stop. You can switch to different exercise every now and then, so you will not get bored.

2.介紹一些有什麼天然食物可以幫助減去脂肪~
There is NO such food can help you burn fat, the best way is google the BMR calculator, key in your age, sex... then they will give your basic metabolic rate, that means your daily calories intake, the number is pretty accure, maybe give or take 200. Then you can minus your calories out (exercise), that will be your body total calories intake, if you don't eat more than that, you should not gain weight. Remember, you have to count calories for every bite you ate.
Your diet should be low fat, low sodium, low sugar and high fiber, never over eat and skip meal, and don't let yourself feel hungry, in between meals can have some heathy snack, e.g. fruit, nuts, egg white, dried fruit...
