depends on how effective you feel is to have women in the workforce. Do you believe they would be less, more or equally efficient doing jobs traditionally done by men. Does pregnancy play a part in keeping a good labor force at all times. You should be able to argue this point in either direction.

Does having women in the workforce, make the labor stronger. I know when I have women around me, I tend to clean up, and try to my best to help them, impress them, or just enjoy their company. I often try to be of service to the women in my life.

I used to go to an all boys high school, do I know exactly what men are like when their are no women around.

And if women and men are both in the labor force, should they be paid the same, less, or more for the same work. That should be easy to argue as well in any of those three directions

Many more women are already in the workforce, and many are taking leadership roles as well
